The IBAU Headquarters
The IBAU Headquarters at Rödingsmarkt 35 stand on historical ground. Only some 300 metersfrom here was the first port of the "Hammaburg" now called the "Nicolai Fleet". This is a canal
now, being about 1200 years old.
On the subject of history, it might be of interest that the "Hamburgische Mark Courant" was the
mother of the "Deutsche Mark", when Germany received a common currency in 1871.
This Mark was well known and well accepted worldwide.
